SnowBelle is a town inspired by the feelings and aesthetic of the cold whimsical winter days leading up to Christmas that you experience as a child. I wanted to really capture the magical feelings you feel towards Christmas Day in this town, the excitement to open presents, the love and cheer you feel towards spending the holidays with your friends and family, the magical glowing lights you see all around you during the festive period— it all. There are hints of other winter holidays in this town such as Valentines Day, but for the most part it is mostly based on the festive period.

About Angel
Angel is meant to resemble childlike happiness towards the festive period— like SnowBelle itself. Her name is a reference to snow angels, which is what a majority of children do in wintertime with fresh snow. Her name can also be viewed as a reference to angels in relation to religion with Christmas being a religious holiday as it’s the birthday of Jesus. Her eyes are green to represent a Christmas tree and evergreen plants.
About Val
Val is meant to resemble Valentines Day, her name being short for Valentine. Her outfit is a red festive theme to match SnowBelle’s aesthetic but to also compliment her name and theme of Valentines Day as red and pink are often associated with the holiday. Due to this, her hair colour is dyed pink. She wears a red carnation in her hair as red carnations are meant to symbolize deep love and affection.
